When you register for our seminars, download resources or contact us for information, we will collect personally identifiable information about you as well as any other information that you may provide. When you register on our web site., we also collect and save personally identifiable information about you in your Profile. The only personally identifiable information that Dakota requires about you is your contact information and unique identifier.
Use of Information.
Dakota uses your personally identifiable information to identify you to respond to your requests for information and when otherwise reasonably necessary. Dakota may contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you. Dakota may also use any information you have entered into the web site as reasonably necessary to administer or provide customer support for the web site.
Disclosure.
Dakota uses third party vendors to assist Dakota in providing our products and services.
